Psychosexual Therapy.
As an integrative therapist I use a variety of modalities and tools which are tailored to the individual needs of the clients that I am working with. I also adopt a biopsychosocial approach which considers factors across someone’s biology and physical health, psychology and emotional wellbeing, and social world; and I look at how all of these things relate to help build a full picture of someone’s life and what they are presenting to therapy for.
Sessions can be attended by individuals or couples, and the range of reasons that people may be presenting for therapy is almost unlimited and is unique to them. What is highly distressing for one person, may not be for someone else; but as a therapist my aim is to meet you where you’re at, and to provide a non-judgemental and confidential space to first talk through and build awareness of what’s going on for you, and to then implement and make changes to improve your sexual and relationship wellbeing.
